Pavia, appeal a judgment against them in favor of plaintiff, American Fidelity Fire Insurance, for a sum equal to 71/2% of a contract price of a sewer line installation job performed by a now insolvent contractor for the City of Ruston. Plaintiff answers the appeal contending it was also entitled to a judgment for the same amount against the City...
