CHAPMAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon motion of the defendants for summary judgment as to the federal claims stated in the first cause of action of the complaint and for dismissal of plaintiffs remaining pendent state claims. There is also a motion to dismiss the complaint as to the defendant Suzanne Mason Klippel for lack of jurisdiction as to her.
