Plaintiffs, Maurice Joseph Redmond and his wife Mary, appeal a district court judgment dismissing their suit against the National Union Fire Insurance Company, the "errors and omissions" insurer for the insurance agency of McKenzie & Mouk, Inc. After deciding that plaintiffs had failed to prove a negligent omission on the part of McKenzie & Mouk in failing to renew plaintiffs' fire insurance policy, the district court granted defendant's motion...
