This is a dispute over the ownership of approximately $50,000 in life insurance proceeds payable as a result of the death of Darnce H. Ritchey, Jr. (hereafter "Darnce"). When Darnce's former wife, appellant Gilda Lane Ritchey Teaff (hereafter "Gilda"), claimed all of the proceeds, and his surviving wife, his two children from his marriage to his former wife and his parents, the appellees, claimed various portions of the proceeds, the insurance company...
