Secretary of Labor Ray Marshall, appellee, sued Thomas G. Boyd and Thomas G. Boyd, Inc., appellants, alleging that they wrongfully withheld payment of overtime compensation and minimum wages, in violation of 29 U.S.C. §§ 206, 207, 211, 215. Appellee sought orders compelling payment of amounts wrongfully withheld plus interest and restraining future violations. A judgment was entered in appellee's favor,1
