HOGGE, Judge.

Gregory Keith Kohlheim appeals from a judgment of the McCracken Circuit Court in which he was convicted of second degree manslaughter and assault under extreme emotional disturbance. He was sentenced to an eight year term and a one year term, to run concurrently. Kohlheim shot and killed Pam Felker, and wounded Anna Taylor just outside the Ebony Club in Paducah, Kentucky.
