Paul and Cynthia Sigsbee were the lessors of a building used by Charles and Donna Swathwood as lessees to conduct their grocery business under the name and style of Osolo Market. The Swathwoods brought this action to cancel their lease and to recover damages which they allege resulted from the wrongful competition and interference with their business.
