Appellants in these consolidated appeals were convicted upon a jury-waived trial de novo in the circuit court, of assault in violation of an ordinance of the City of Lee's Summit. Defendant Collins was fined $75, and defendant Mountains was fined $250. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
