PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal in a proceeding for dissolution of a marriage. The trial court dissolved the marriage and divided the property. The parties had no children as a result of this marriage.

The petitioner wife was awarded title to the residence property subject to a mortgage in the amount of $16,686.40 and a judgment lien in the amount of $7,500 in favor of the respondent husband. The petitioner was also awarded a number of items of personal property...
