This case is brought under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983; jurisdiction is under 28 U.S.C. § 1343. Plaintiff is an inmate at the Buena Vista Correctional Facility. Defendants are the Superintendent of the Facility and the Director of the Colorado Department of Corrections. Plaintiff's amended complaint alleges three causes of action.
