Defendant, Mark C. Horstman, pleaded guilty to the offense of reckless homicide and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment by the circuit court of Madison County. Defendant appeals both the sentence and the trial court's denial of his post-trial motions to have the sentence reduced and to withdraw the guilty plea and vacate judgment.
