Appeal from jury convictions on three counts of forgery, § 570.090, RSMo. 1978. Defendant was sentenced to two concurrent terms of sixty days in the custody of the St. Louis County Department of Justice Services on Counts I and II and a five year term in the Missouri Division of Corrections on Count III.
