Rodney C. Rines appeals from the pro forma decree of the Superior Court (Hancock County) affirming a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission rendered on April 16, 1980. That decision dismissed Rines' petition for award of compensation for a personal injury sustained on the job while in the employ of the defendant, Keith B. Scott. The Commissioner gave as his reason for dismissing the petition the employee's failure...
