Appellants challenge the constitutionality of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, (the Act), Pub.L. No. 95-555, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e(k), 92 Stat. 2076, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Guidelines on Sex Discrimination, 29 C.F.R. Part 1604, which interpret the Act.
