McCORMICK, Justice.

The court of appeals reversed defendant David Paul Holtz's conviction and sentence for second-degree burglary and remanded the case for new trial. The court held that the trial court erred in overruling defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized after a warrantless entry into defendant's motel room.
