Defendant, Donald Sizemore, was charged by indictment with burglary. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, par. 19-1.) In a bench trial defendant was found guilty and was sentenced to serve 5 1/2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. On appeal defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress his confession and that he was not proven guilty beyond...
