Confronted here, as we are, with a question as to our jurisdiction to consider the issues raised by the parties before us, we dismiss the appeal for lack of an appealable judgment on the grounds that the judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County), although denominated "final" pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 54(b), was improvidently certified.
