Defendants-appellants were convicted of conspiracy to defraud by use of the United States mails in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. On appeal, defendants raise the following issues for review: (1) was the indictment excessively vague as to the illegality charged; (2) was evidence of prices charged improperly admitted prior to proof of a conspiracy...
