This appeal from the district court's award of damages to a longshoreman in his action against a vessel and its owner in which appeal we entered a judgment on May 20, 1980, is again before us, the Supreme Court, 451 U.S. 966, 101 S.Ct. 2039, 68 L.Ed.2d 344 having, on the grant of the defendants' petition for a writ of certiorari, vacated our judgment and remanded the appeal to us for reconsideration in the light...
