This is an appeal from an order of a referee finding, inter alia, that the respondent-appellant, Attorney Stephen D. Rabideau, was subject to discipline for professional misconduct due to a violation of a criminal statute involving moral turpitude. The referee ordered that appellant's license to practice law be revoked, imposed the costs of the proceeding, and required that proof of payment of such costs (and of certain fines, penalty assessments...
