This is an appeal from that portion of an order of the circuit court of Winnebago County which refused to reduce hospital and physician's liens.

Petitioner, Richard Wheaton, was seriously injured in an automobile accident on September 30, 1977. The driver of the other car, Reesie Alexander, had an insurance policy which provided a maximum of $10,000 per person for any one accident...
