PER CURIAM.

The question presented in this case is whether the New Hampshire Personnel Commission acted reasonably in deciding that the New Hampshire Crime Commission properly offered an executive position to persons not employed by the crime commission, thereby denying the position to the plaintiffs, both internal personnel. Plaintiffs petitioned this court for a writ of certiorari. We affirm.
