Tomasi (Colo.App.1979): If the Department of Revenue (department) suspends a driver's license, may the Colorado Court of Appeals, pursuant to section 24-4-106(5), C.R.S. 1973, enjoin the suspension pending judicial review and permit the licensee to drive for employment purposes only?
