The appellant pleaded guilty, and judicially confessed, to a charge of robbery. The court assessed a punishment of seven years' confinement. The appellant sets forth two grounds of error. One is that the indictment should have been set aside because the State was not ready for trial within the time specified by V.A.C.C.P. Article 32A.02, Section 1.
