Defendants Edward Jerome Hodge and Ted Willmer Roberts were indicted by a grand jury on July 16, 1981, on two counts of unlawful possession of firearms. Both defendants have filed motions to suppress certain statements made to authorities, and defendant Roberts has moved to suppress the weapons found in his car during an allegedly unlawful search.
