Walter E. Ashley was convicted by a jury of selling a Schedule I controlled substance in violation of § 195.020, RSMo 1978. He now appeals that conviction and a resultant five-year sentence. Affirmed.

On conflicting evidence, the jury was warranted in finding that on March 23, 1978, an undercover police officer, Himmel, went to Ashley's home in Clay County. He had previously received information focusing attention on Ashley as one who dealt...
