Plaintiff, Melvin Henderson, brings this action to recover property damages to his 1977 Chevrolet pickup truck. At the time of the accident, the truck was being driven by Dewey Williams, with plaintiff's permission. It is alleged that while Williams was driving north on Louisiana Highway 71 in Alexandria, he lost control of the truck, crossed the center line and struck an oncoming vehicle in the southbound...
