Defendant-appellant Clayton Hustead, was found guilty by a jury of burglary in the second degree, stealing over fifty dollars and forgery. Defendant was sentenced to six years for burglary, six years for stealing and ten years for forgery, with all terms to run concurrently. He appeals.
