This is the second appeal in a tortuous course of litigation triggered by a mutual mistake of fact concerning where on the face of the earth lay the southern boundary of certain shorefront property in Trenton. The parties aggrieved in the first appeal were the plaintiffs, Casper and Teresa Sargent; those aggrieved presently are the defendants, Phillip and Edward Coolidge.
