Bobbie J. Bell instituted this suit for workmen's compensation benefits, plus penalties and attorney's fees. The defendant is Georgia Casualty and Surety Company (Georgia Casualty), the compensation insurer of plaintiff's employer. From a judgment sustaining Georgia Casualty's plea of prematurity and dismissing the suit, Bell appeals. We affirm.
