Austin, the defendant and appellant herein, appeals to this court from an order of the District Court of Lancaster County affirming his convictions in the municipal court of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, finding him guilty of the violation of two separate ordinances of that city, and imposing fines upon the defendant for such violations.
