This appeal is from the judgment of the United States Court of International Trade, 1 CIT ___, 516 F.Supp. 33 (1981), holding that imported seed germination tray sets classified under item 772.15, Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS), are entitled to free entry under item 666.00, TSUS. We affirm.
