Peter Gaona appeals to this court from his conviction for assault with a dangerous weapon (former AS 11.15.220).1 Gaona raises several issues which concern the grand jury indictment against him. Gaona argues that the prosecutor failed to present to the grand jury evidence which suggested that Gaona acted in self defense, that the prosecutor engaged in misconduct before the grand jury by failing to advise...
