Spruce Enterprises, Inc. appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court granting Bernice Dumais' prayer for reformation of a deed from her to Leo and Nicole Gagnon. Spruce challenges the judgment on three grounds: first, that there was no competent evidence supporting the trial justice's conclusion that Spruce Enterprises was not a bona fide purchaser for value without notice; second, that the trial justice erred in rescinding certain curative conveyances...
