STATON, Judge.

Marvin Austin was convicted by a jury of battery, a Class C felony.1 He urges the following alleged errors for our review:

(1) Whether there was sufficient evidence to support the conviction; and, (2) Whether the trial court erred in granting a motion in limine.

We affirm.
