On September 2, 1980, the defendant, Jackie Sue Cameron, was indicted for making false statements before the Grand Jury in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623,1 during the investigation by said Grand Jury into alleged violations of 18 U.S.C. § 2113 (bank robbery) and other offenses against the United States.
