Now, according to the allegations of the complaint, in January, 1981, defendant Marine Holdings Ltd. delivered to the plaintiff Northeast Jet Company a 1967 Gates Lear jet which, pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Northeast utilized in its air charter business.
