Plaintiff-respondent brought this action to recover damages for breach of contract. Following a nonjury trial, the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District, Gallatin County, entered judgment in favor of plaintiff. Defendants-appellants filed a motion for reconsideration and later a motion to alter and amend the judgment. They then filed a notice of appeal.
