FORET, Judge.

Monies Lumber Company, Inc. (Plaintiff) brought this action to enforce a materialman's lien and to recover $12,077.87, together with interest and attorney's fees. Defendants are Village Du Lac, Inc. (Village); Southern Builders, Inc. (Southern); and Highlands Insurance Company (Highlands).

Village filed an exception of no cause of action which was sustained by the trial court. Plaintiff appeals from the trial court's judgment.
