Lambert, filed this suit against Maryland Casualty Company seeking $33,000,000 in damages caused by defendant's alleged wrongful attempt to take over and destroy their wholly owned corporation, Donald G. Lambert Contractor, Inc. Plaintiffs had personally guaranteed the indebtedness of the corporation to Maryland.
