A single issue is dispositive of this appeal: whether the district court had jurisdiction to enter the order of 2 October 1979, approving the support agreement when defendant's written acknowledgment of paternity was not simultaneously accompanied by the mother's sworn affirmation of paternity as required by G.S. § 110-132(a). We conclude that the mother's written affirmation of paternity was a prerequisite to the court's acquisition of jurisdiction...
