This is an action brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., arising out of the defendant's alleged refusal on racial grounds to hire the plaintiff for a teaching position in the defendant school district. The action is before the court on the defendant's motion for summary judgment. The motion will be granted.
