GORDON THOMPSON, Jr., District Judge.

Petitioner is a native and citizen of the Philippines. In 1941, he enlisted in the United States Navy. He became a prisoner of war on May 6, 1942. He rejoined his unit on March 21, 1945. He received an honorable discharge on April 10, 1946.
