Plaintiffs, Lawrence P. Melancon, Roy Latiolais, Chris Latiolais, and Louis Latiolais sued Beatrice Durand, Bernard J. Bienvenu, Lester J. Bienvenu, Delores Bienvenu, and Gordon P.
