This is an interlocutory appeal brought by the defendants, Anthony N. Kenwick and Constance Kenwick, from an order of the trial court which stayed certain arbitration proceedings. The primary issue is whether the court improperly denied to the defendants their contractual right to arbitrate. The defendants also claim that the court erred in imposing sanctions against them for noncompliance...
