Robert Erbie Forshee and Tyrone Ellis Cutrer were jointly charged by bill of information with separate counts of (1) possession with intent to distribute marijuana and (2) possession with intent to distribute preludin in violation of La.R.S. 40:967. Both offenses were alleged to have occurred on the same day (July 16, 1979). At arraignment defendants entered pleas of not guilty...
