Defendant urges prejudicial error was committed in four respects in his trial. We discuss them separately.

First, defendant contends the court erred in denying his motion to suppress as evidence the bag and its contents. He insists there was no probable cause for his arrest or for the seizure of the evidence and that the court found facts unsupported by the evidence and considered incompetent evidence.
