In this suit, plaintiffs, Louis Bellard, Charles Bellard and Jude Bellard, seek to recover damages in the sum of $96,052.00, from Mowata Rice Drier, Inc. In support of their demand plaintiffs allege that the defendant, acting through its general manager, Paul Frey, mishandled the sale of their 1976 crop of soybeans resulting in a loss to plaintiffs in the sum sued for.
