WILKINS, J.

We reverse the defendant's convictions be cause the judge obliged the defendant to disclose the names of his potential witnesses in the presence of the jury at the commencement of the trial and the defendant ultimately elected not to call three of the four disclosed, potential witnesses. The defendant is entitled to a new trial.
