As a result of an explosion, two personal injury actions were commenced against Huron Culvert & Tank Company (Huron Culvert). In turn, Huron Culvert sought indemnity and contribution from Weelborg, Inc., who had paid worker's compensation benefits to the plaintiffs as their employer.
